WHY INVEST IN EPE?

Why You Should Invest In Epe

Epe is a town and Local Government Area (LGA) in Lagos State, Nigeria located on the north side of the Lekki Lagoon.

FACTS ABOUT EPE
1. 2015 a plot was as low as N300,000 (three hundred naira only)
2. 2015 there was no constant power supply.
3. 2015 the road networks were totally bad.
4. 2015 no foreign company invested in Epe.

But now 2018
5. A plot of land is N1,000,000 (one million naira) above.
6. Epe enjoys constant power supply.
7. Epe has one of the best road networks.

Why You Should Invest In Epe?
Epe is a local government area that is massively undergoing fast development especially with the development of the following:

1.      The construction of the Export Processing Zone (EPZ) and the Free Trade Zone (FTZ) in Epe contributes greatly to the recent rapid development ongoing in the area. The free trade zone is to be an export zone where ‘made in Nigeria goods’ can be exported outside the country and when completed, will serve as a source of employment for people living around there.

2.      Dangote Group Petrochemical Refinery: The on-going construction of the Dangote Petrochemical Refinery in Ibeju-Lekki will also contribute to the fast development in this area. Related service companies have already sited their offices close and accommodation requirements for the refinery have already caused a spike in land values in the area. The area is expected to become a fast growing business zone.

3.      The 4th Mainland Bridge: As already known the Federal government just gave the Lagos state government approval to commence the construction of the 4th mainland bridge, which will go a long way in easing the traffic congestion suffered along this road. This bridge will link up Lagos and Victoria Island directly to Ikorodu and Berger along Lagos Ibadan Expressway and would be a great improvement to living in this area.

4.      The New Deep Sea Port: The construction of a new deep-sea port here is another contributing factor to the fast rising development in this area

5.       Ikorodu – Epe – Ijebu Ode Arterial Road: The Lagos State Governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode commissioned of the newly reconstructed and upgraded Strategic Arterial/Inner Roads in Epe, on Friday, May 19, 2017.

6.      New Airport: A new international and cargo airport is also planned for the area and will add up to the development.

Governor Ambode also stated in an interview that no efforts would be spared in providing the conducive atmosphere for investments to thrive in the State.

He said;

“What we are doing more importantly, as a government is to continue to encourage the Dangote Group to do what is right for this country and for us to join hands together and collaborate to really show that Lagos is the next destination for the industrial revolution that is taking place in Nigeria and we are very happy to be doing this with him because we know that with the kind of infrastructure that we are providing around Lagos and the kind of infrastructure he is also providing, this place should be the next destination for anybody that is interested in investing in Nigeria”.

“That is what this Lekki Free Trade Zone area is all about; that is why a whole lot of what we are doing in the Epe and Lekki axis in pieces more or less when they come to fruition will really show that Lagos is the next destination for investment in Africa”.

You therefore have to take advantage of various opportunities to buy land in the new Lagos (Epe) at still very affordable prices before it is too late.

Leverage: Owning a property allows you to use other people’s money to leverage your fund and purc
